Malaysian favourite food: Nasi Lemak

#nasilemak is a common food in Malaysia, that almost every household had cooked or learn to cook from mom or in school.
It is so common that Malaysian would have it for breakfast, lunch, teatime, dinner or supper.

The Nasi = Rice, Lemak = Fat, "Fat Rice"if translated directly from the words, “fat” is the ingredient it used, fresh thick coconut milk, add Pandan leaves for better fragrance.

Yes, it is the rice cook with coconut milk. But it is not yet complete for a good Nasi Lemak. No one will eat it without the spicy chili sambal, crispy fried anchovies, hard boiled egg and a slice of cucumber. Yum yum!

Oh ya! For the great nasi lemak experience, look for the nasi lemak that wrap with banana leaves. (Nasi lemak bungkus, best if it serves hot)

This is the basic of a Nasi Lemak, for personal preference, bonus the taste with #chickenrendang #chilisambalsotong #chilisambaludang #samballala #beefrendang
