I wanted to share a lovely community market which happens all over the North West of England in several different locations every month.
What is a Makers Market?
the makers market brings together bakers, creators, joiners, designers, musicans to one place to sell their homemade crafts and homecooked produce.
What can be purchase from a Makers Market?
To name just a few things:
Hand crafted cards
Loose leaf tea
Scarfs
Home decorations
Knitted children’s wear
Unique gifts
Plants
Candles
Pies
Cakes
Ice cream
Pizza and loads more!
Where does this happen?
Manchester and Liverpool hold multiple makers markets at different times of the month in different parts of the city. They are also held across different towns in the North West. One i would recommend is held in Knutsford and this is on the first Sunday of every month.
Why i would recommend?
I love to purchase unique items for myself and gifts for family and friends. This is a great place to do that and you can speak with the creators of the product. Everyone i speak with at the makers market are always super friendly and helpful.
