Lufthansa - Economy Class Breakfast

Flight from Singapore to Frankfurt. Breakfast main was omelette with a chicken sausage, hash brown, and spinach. There was also yogurt, bun and cheese.

The omelette, hash brown and spinach was very nice. I didn’t eat the sausage as I don’t eat chicken. I ate the edam cheese as well as the yogurt. I also had a black coffee which was well appreciated.

Overall, 5/5. When I make my review for airplane food, I don’t compare economy class meals to business class meals as I understand they are completely different. I understand how the meals are prepared so put that into consideration too.

Flight from Zurich to Singapore. Dinner was Fish Curry on rice with Carrot, with a side salad of Mango Quinoa. Desert was Cheesecake, and a snack of cheese and crackers.

Fish Curry meal was very tasty and also the Quinoa Mango salad. I don’t eat desert so didn’t eat it. I kept the cheese and crackers to eat later in flight which nice.

Hi @TheEagleEye ,

Dinner looks tasty! Rice maybe orginates from Thailand with long grain.

Some years ago I had a flight from S’Pore to Zurich (12hrs) via S’Pore Airlines and then transit to Geneva (1hr) via Swiss Airlines. So far so good! Asian meals with excellent service! With such short transit I enjoyed a small bottle of water and a tiny bar of chocolate.

Are you satisfied with such airlines?

Flight from Singapore to Auckland. Breakfast was Singaporean Vegetable Noodles, with a side of cut fruit, yogurt, and a muffin.

The Singaporean Vegetable Noodles was very tasty and a refreshing light meal. The cut fruit was nice and juicy and I ate the yogurt last. I didn’t eat the muffin as I was satisfied of what I had eaten.

I ended with a cup of hot black coffee.

Hi

So nice to hear that you enjoyed the food.

May I ask you ’ why the Singaporean Vegetable Noodle is too dark? Was there more Soya sauce?

It’s just my views

Although it didn’t taste like there was too much soya sauce, it may have been caused by the sauce and mushrooms @aaryesdee . Lighting wasn’t the best so that may also make it look a little darker.

Hi @TheEagleEye ,

Thank you for sharing your experience on board and describing with many details your breakfast meal.

It looks delicious and healthy and love the combination of vegetable noodles with fresh fruits.

I agree with you that quality of foods is important when they are fresh and prepared with care regardless of category or level of the place chosen. Your review and high rating show the real satisfaction and pleasure you got from your meal : this makes great your post.

Thank you for sharing! Enjoy your weekend,

Giuseppe

Ps. I think that the Muffin was tasty too :yum:

Looks tasty. Have always been a fan of comparing airline foods. What vegetables are in Singaporean Vegetable Noodles by the way?
