卵とケチャップライスというシンプルで派手さがないながらもオムライスは焼き加減や調理法によって卵の硬さ、米への味の付き方が違ってくる奥の深い食べ物と感じます。
一見カレーのようですがビーフストロガノフなんですね…。（確かにユニークだ。）
私からも少しユニークなオムライスを紹介させてもらいます。

ヨコガワ分店のボルガライスはとても美味しそうです！残念ですがブルガリアにはこのようなオムライスがありません。日本に行かなければなりませんかな。

シンプルながらバリエーションが多いのも魅力ですよね。あれを見るとカレーをイメージしちゃいますが、そうなんです。しかもビーフストロガノフだけでも美味しいのです、あの店舗。地方だからと侮れないお店を発見するのもまた、ローカルガイドとしての楽しみですね。
共有していただいたオムライスもまたユニークですね。なんて間違いのない組み合わせ！ぜひ一度食べてみたいなと思いました。それにしてもなぜ分店…
そしてチキチキさんについてはこちらのコメントで @StephenAbraham さんも話題に出しているほどの有名店ですね！かくいう私もアメリカで見たテレビで知りました。ぜひ味わってみたいものです:-)
