When tourists come to galway which is the European capital of culture 2020. They come because its buzzing,vibrant and interesting there is lots to do. I live in Vecindario,Gran Canaria when I was 23 and costa brava. I was a tourist when I came here and had to figure things out fast if I was to survive. Ireland is a great place to visit but not to live,its too expensive and most people with a job dont even last a year here with rents being extortionate and homelessness being so high. I have been able to cool since I was 11 years old and I have an eclectic taste in food,I joke with my Yorkshire parents I was swapped at birth because I love Mediterranean food and love to go catch mackerel and sardines in greece,with friends from lifkimi and kavos, go to lovely restaurants with fresh fish and food in palakastritsa, barabitsa and corfu town,aswell as Athens,Rhodes etc mmmm lovely,lemons eat them raw, tomatoes, rub olive oil in my skin,hair and obviously my food. I’m a real food junkie,probably why I’m a stocky 14b and size 16,heavy boned. But I love my oysters mmm or mussels in white wine sauce. I make my own bechemel sauce in lasagne, mousakka. I love my gyros, stratsiki mmm and many more things. Food is art and better than sex. It is the life force of existence for human kind and we do not value and appreciate where the ground source came hence forth or what it took to nurture and love it in plant or growing form.
