why I’m not getting any special benefits of being google local guide, like my friend, is getting free unlimited space and free google play music etc though he’s far behind to me in points.

Local Guides is a voluntary program and many people participate in it because they want to be able to help others via the Google Maps platform.
Sometimes, there are perks available and it will vary from time to time and from region to region. It depends on who the Google partners are. There may also be special and/or early access to Google features. You can read more about it on the official support page found here.

About unlimited space: On March 3, 2017 we announced both via email and on Connect that the Google Drive promotion is ending, but Local Guides who reached Level 4 by March 17 at 11pm ET were still able to unlock 100GB of free storage.
Local Guides are not paid nor may Local Guides earn money for their contributions, per our program rules. But they can earn other benefits like:

Access to exclusive perks

A badge of distinction in the Google Maps app
Make sure your email preferences have perks emails enabled by visiting your Local Guides home.
