Hi everyone
My Name is Raja Qamer. I belong to Khushab, a small city of Pakistan. I am working in Dammam Saudi arabia. I passed 14 years in Lahore and 10 years in Saudi arabia.
Nature has gifted me special quality of Map Under standing. My friends give me compliment that Qamer GPS is very powerful.
My college and university life passed in Lahore. Using public or Private transport it was my habit that I memorized that Road or track I was passing through. The same Practice I continued when I moved to Saudi Arabia.
Map of below cities Lahore Pakistan, Dammam, Khobar, Medina, Makkah and Jeddah Saudi Arabia are downloaded in my mind.
When Google map and navigation usage was not so common
• Once my elder brother was stuck in Jeddah Traffic so he called me, I was in Dammam, and I helped him on phone call. He told to his friends. Many friends were calling for same. Now a days if someone ask me I just ask their required destination, browse it on google map and share it with them so they navigate to that place easily.
• Few years back driver belonging to my village came on driver visa here in Saudi Arabia. Being illiterate he was not able to read English & Arabic sign boards. Even it was very Hard for me to guide him on phone. I advised him to buy a android phone and then trained him to use google map and navigation.
• Local guide program means to me very important as it is very close to my Nature.
• Before I was guiding close circle but google local guide program has provided wider plate form.
• Very interesting thing I have learned and trying to change my inner self. When I was guiding some one on phone call I got hyper if they made a mistake but google doesn’t become hyper if you do a mistake. It gets refresh and give you new navigation.
• Google local Guide program has made our life very easy. If we needed any information regarding any business we were thinking to whom we should call and ask but now we browse google get all information etc location, timing, contact number and others.
• Being a level 6 local guide I feel some kind of happiness and satisfaction for being part of this community.
