Local Guide Program mean to me: It inspires me to guide strangers!
Generally a stranger does not have any idea of new places, cultures, heritages, foods that he wants to experience or any certain services that he needs. I reckon, local guide program concept brought a measure of comfort and relief for anxious strangers. With the help of local guide program now a stranger gets the idea prior to visit new place seeing the photos and reviews of certain places. Any service needed; any new dishes want to taste; millions of local guides ready to reply for finding his desired services or expected dishes that a stranger wants to have it. I do believe, Local Guide Program is a nothing but helping a strangers who can be a new comer for any certain places or who can be a new customer for taking any services or who can be a new consumer for any new products of certain store/malls.
This is the way I constantly taking services of this program since I came to know about it. Beside this I also contributing to the google map as a local guide. This program inspires me a lot to help others when I see my uploaded photos reaches to more than 350 thousands people and motivate me to contribute more when I find my given reviews read by more than 52 thousands people within a short period of time. I enjoy to add or edit missing places at google map too.
Local guide program insist me to find the mood of competition with other local guides nearby, like local friends or fellow office colleagues. We share each of our contribution to the google map and I find the excitement beating other local guide friends by contributing at google map. I feel happy that through the competition I am, somehow, helping the thousands of strangers of the world.
