Hi @ShayshankR that could certainly be a challenge in a city with the population of Delhi! Generally the organiser of a Meetup will wait at the specific place until a few minutes after the Meetup is due to start. Each Meetup has an address where the people should get together.

Just wait and try to recognise the organiser, I guess you can get some information from their profile.The park is huge though enjoy the walk and click pictures and I am sure in this weather you will hardly find many in the part that too during the weekend.
