Hello,

I won special reward limited edition Google maps pin however that is still stuck in transit with the carrier DHL. There has been no update from May 2023 and I have also checked with local DHL post office and they haven’t received my package. I would request the community manager or any concern person to reach me and help me to get this sorted as I have worked very hard to achieve that reward. If possible I would wish to accept Pixel 7 device in exchange for the reward. Any insights or help is highly appreciated.

I received an email from Google Maps in May 2023, offering an exclusive gift in the form of a Google Maps pin. After redeeming the gift, I received a confirmation email from Deutsche Post with tracking details. However, it has been nearly five months, and I still have not received the gift. I’ve been unable to determine which courier is handling the delivery in India, and when I contacted Deutsche Post, they were unable to track the package and suggested I contact the sender. Unfortunately, I don’t have contact information for Brand Addition Google, so I’m seeking assistance here. Can someone help me with this issue?

Hello Team,

I received the confirmation email from Google that your order will be delivered for the Local Guides pin within 3-6 weeks. Received the email in May this year but till now didn’t get the reward. It’s not delivered yet. Checked with my local post office as well but without tracking number they are unable to say anything.

I received an email from Google Maps in May 2023, offering an exclusive gift in the form of a Google Maps pin. Redeemed, Address given But Till now there is no updates from neither google nor the post office. Seems like the limited edition was LIMITED than we expected. @ Google team please respond and let us know whether we should hopefully wait or just let it go.
