These beautiful lilies were found at the La Brea Pitch Lake Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean. This is one of the largest pitch lakes in the world and the only one that you can walk one. It is quite an experience to visit this pitch lake. The lilies flourish very nicely with the sulfur and gases from the pitch. They emanate a wonderful aroma as well!

Trinidad and Tobago is the most southerly islands in the Caribbean.

Thanks for sharing these lovely photos of the lilies. Are you living in this area or traveling? Could you tell us more about Trinidad and Tobago? I imagine it’s a paradise island with amazing beaches and nature. These flowers are really beautiful. What camera are you using here?
