I started a Local Guide in Nov 2017 and received 1,000 Likes in a review on the map in Dec 2018. Since it is currently 1,900 Likes, I receive 1,000 Likes every year. This is my greatest honor!!
Why do I think so? Because it is the evaluation of the map user. This number most clearly shows that my map editing is useful. How do you get praise from map users? Let’s look for tips from some of my reviews.

Please image while you visit there. What information do you want if you are there for the first time? Give priority to writing that information. For example, the convenience and comfort of landmarks are not the subject of information. Because it is already decided to go there. What they want is history and architectural features. We can do that insight.

Let us be romantic when reviewing religious and spiritual places. Because scientific expression is not possible. However, users will appreciate the explanation of religious history.
A criticism with affection

Criticism can be useful in order not to lose people’s precious time. We post very easily, but the hardest is the criticism. It is ideal to receive an education that criticizes professionals like me. The most important thing is to avoid expressions that control your opponent. Just explain how I was disappointed. For example, we say “I was disappointed” instead of saying “It’s a terrible service, so it should be improved”.
Our personality is exposed through the review context. Our own compassion, not a writing technique, is reflected in 1,000 Likes.
