I am a level 7 Local Guide. Recently my level badge hasn’t been showing on my profile (on the thumbnail) and my reviews on the mobile app. And this is happening despite updating the app. A screenshot is given below. What’s wrong?

From what I can see from my own ends here of your Google maps apps.
Wonder is it an Internet network issue? Does other people’s profile go the same way when you view it or only yours? Let me also add please try clicking on your photo in the screenshot above,does it navigate to the badges???

Another bug in google.
I see your orange LG badge and level just fine on Google Maps:
Please, try Clear cache & cookies, if you have not already done so. The link has step-by-step instructions for Android, IOS, and Desktop. Just select the relevant tab at the top.
Also, please log out of your Local Guides account and log back in, and you may want to check using another device.

Same response goes to you as above. One more step further has my colleague suggested. Try the normal trouble shooting procedures like Clear cache & cookies.
Try logging out of your account and login in again. Maybe delete the app and re-install again. See how those steps goes. Otherwise I can see all your badges from my Android here.
