Today, we take it to the West!
On a day I am so busy, that I rarely have time to catch my breath, it’s this very light meal I have because eating something very heavy after a Prolonged period of hunger can give me terrible abdominal spasms and stomach ache, so, I just munch through the day.

WAFFLES
Waffles are ‘basically’ your Ice-Cream Cones but not exactly. I like Waffles very much because it feels to me like I am eating a very ‘soft, creamy, fluffy, slice of bread’. ?

I like Parfait because it is a mix of everything good I love! I love Yogurt because it is Probiotics and it just happens to be the base of the Parfait

These tiny chocolate chips are my ‘bits of energy’. I do not get to eat on time while I am working, so, I chew on this before I have time to really have a deep bite into my food.
TOPPINGS
Think of your favorite sweet in liquid form, it’s like spreading Margarine or Cheese on bread! It adds some extra flavor to the waffles
WATER
I love to drink water because;
- It aids digestion
- eliminates skin impurities
- eliminates waste
