Following the successful turnout from our recent Local Guides meetup with the West Bengal Local Guides community, let’s have a mini meetup to explore one of the lesser known yet a marvelous attraction of Kolkata - the Metropolitan Durga Bari, Beleghata. Hailed as the largest Hindu temple of Kolkata which is dedicated to the devotion of Goddess Durga, let’s spend a calm evening here, with an aim to improve Maps data at and around this place.

How to reach: Come to Metropolitan bus stop on EM Bypass via bus or private vehicle, next to the famous Bypass Dhaba restaurant. Take a turn to enter the road that leads to Canal South Road, the venue will be located just 200 meters away.
