Hello everyone, I am Liton Das from Sylhet Bangladesh. I might be the dumbest and idle contributor ever. I did not know anything about the Google Connect program or the gathering of greatest contributor of all the world until I got the mail on 3rd March. Well, it’s better late than never type for me.
In profession, I am a Network Engineer. I have studied in Electronics and Communication Engineering and has become Network Engineer. You might think, Oh, it seems OK, what’s the great deal about it? Hahahaha, that’s the irony. In Bangladesh, we study Masters of Physics and become a Banker, Study History and become Social worker, Study Chemistry and become Agriculture officer and so on. The study system and job system not quite a match. But, I have made make dream come true by hard work and sacrifice. But sometimes there are things come along which you might not like much. I like to travel but can’t take long trips. Now I have to travel a lot for my job, the good thing is that, I have adopted myself. Now I can visit places my friends never went and have fun taking pictures, sometimes add them to Google Map.
Unlike most of you, we don’t find roads on Google Map. I do survey unknown locations by Google Map. Few years earlier Google Van came to Sylhet and added lot of places. That helped me lot to find address. Whatever I know from Internet, most come via Google, and people who contributes without a benefit. It’s payback time to share things I know and help others as they did for me. I have’s added my best places yet which is still on the way to come. Just got the time from an unexpected corona-virus
situation and will complete adding them within this week. You never know that if you are the next victim or not, so let’s share things I know if I don’t get a chance again.
I have asked myself recently, what I like most to visit, then looked for photographs and tried to create a list of places I like to visit again and again. All those places a thing in common, it’s “Water”. Waters calls me the most. I like a have good bath where I go, more specifically natural water calls me the most. I have visited Lalakhal, Porikundo, Tanguar Haor, Swiss Vally Resort, Jaflong, Bichanakandi, Sadapathar ,Saint Martin, Shnongpdengand, Krang suri falls and so many places, all with a good chance to have a bath in cool water. I will eventually review and provide details information on all these places within few days.
