Hi there have been a few days since I have submitted the form of local guides Leaderboard but I haven’t received a response yet, is there a problem?

The message that the system has given:
You have completed your registration and once your details have been checked and validated, this will take 1-2 business days, you will receive an email with details on how to login to the Leaderboard System. Note that this email will be sent to the email address that you used in this .form. Please also check your spam folder

As you will have read on the registration form, if your Connect profile or your Maps profile are hidden your registration will likely fail.

From the System I can see that on 2025-09-01 09:43:17 a verification email was sent to the email that you registered with. Given this, I suggest that you check your email inbox again and perhaps also check your SPAM folder. If you didn’t receive it then it is most likely that you entered the incorrect address when registering. Anyway check and let me know however please note that as the August Leaderboards are now being prepared for posting, you only have a few hours to do this otherwise you will not be listed on the Leaderboards until September. The ball is in your court.
Hello, I checked my inbox and the confirmation you mentioned was not there. I also checked my spam folder and it was not there either. Your messages you sent here also arrived in my email at the same time. I even checked the relevant form.The email address was correct there too, because I receive all of your messages here, as well as confirmation messages for participation in Google Maps, at this email address. I really don’t know what else to do.
I have received emails from no-reply@localguidesconnect.com, which indicates that my email address is correct.But I don’t see the confirmation you mentioned in my email.
@Abotorab I have deleted your first registration. So please try once more.

So now just look out for an auto response email from the Leaderboard System with instructions and a Startup Guide. Once again please note that as the August Leaderboards are now being prepared for posting, you have less than a few hours to do this otherwise you will not be listed on the Leaderboards until September. Excellent so now read the Startup Guide and just take one step at a time to master your participation on the Leaderboards. Keep in mind that the Leaderboards much, much more than just about rankings of Local Guides. Join in and engage with other like minded Local Guides in the many related discussions and enjoy.
