La Creperie & Bakery Fort Collins

My 13 year old son and I visited La Creperie for breakfast this morning. It is a neat little spot with a restaurant as well as a French bakery inside. I ordered a coffee and a Cocotte Brioche with crab, asparagus and Swiss with hollaindaise sauce. My son had a basic galette. Both our meals were absolutely delicious. The bread that surrounded my pillowy poached eggs was light and buttery and the hollaindaise was perfection. My sons galette made with a buckwheat crepe enveloped eggs, ham, mushrooms, bacon, Swiss cheese and tomatoes. Looking forward to coming back and having a simple Fench sandwich on a fresh baguette for lunch sometime. Reminded me of eating at a French bistro on the Champs Elysees.

Thank you for sharing with us.

This food just put my breakfast to shame and makes me want to visit this restaurant the next time I am in Colorado.
