Recently visited Amritsar, tried different versions of Amritsari kulchas .Kulchas are so crisp and delicious, which left me speechless. Amritsari kulcha is a popular and very famous in Amritsar and Delhi. But the best kulchas are made in Amritsar.Aloo Kulcha , Paneer Kulcha, and so many varieties available recipe originated in Punjab, Aloo Kulcha is cooked in a tandoor or clay oven. But you can easily cook it on a skillet (tawa). While cooking, it is often brushed with ghee or butter and finally savored with robust Indian curries like chole with mango pickles . Which make perfect combination. If you planning to visit Amritsar, opposite to Bus Stand Amritsar, there are many street stalls where you can get any variety of Kilcha with chole at just 30 INR. I tired kulcha in Front of Anand Hotel, opposite to Amritsar bus stand, named street stall, Kalsa Kulcha and Amritsar Kulcha point. Any one can search on google map .

With the modifications, this had turned out to be an amazing post @SagarKulkarni
I visited Amritsar last year but did not think of going towards the bus stand nor was aware of the shops near it.
With a personal vehicle, we traveled from hotel to temple and back and missed the top food attraction like Kulcha.
Thank you for the great tips and info
