King Falafel in Oslo is definitely the best falafel I have ever tried. The special roll contains Syrian falafel, hummus, eggplant, radish and mint leaves. Every time I’m there, they are serving me a little tasting while I’m waiting. All their products are plant-based and as a vegan, I never have to worry about what I’m ordering. Their story is also incredible, you can check it out on their Instagram page. They started out with a food truck at Youngstorget a few years ago, impressing their customers day by day until they finally moved into their new restaurant in Brugata. King Falafel has become a personal favorite of mine and honestly, there is no need to try falafel someplace else. I wish them all the best for the future and I hope their business will keep on growing.

Yea, it’s a very well done falafel which has a lot of different flavors. There are a few different sauces in this one and hummus is certainly one of them, but I’m not sure what the white one is called. All I know is that they are only serving vegan ingredient.
