Kimchi Pizza! My last improvised recipe.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour
Fresh Yeast
Water
Salt
Kimchi
Mozzarella cheese
Squid from Bay of Santander
Black Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Wow @RobertoTorres se ve extraña, pero tentadora. Amo la pizza, sólo con mozzarella, vegetales, pollo, diferentes quesos, pero nunca he probado una con mariscos. Que tal el sabor?

El resultado es increíble, en realidad es un homenaje a mis amigos coreanos. El kimchi es un súper alimento y además está muy rico. Es muy saludable.

Prior to my mom retiring from the Air Force and making Colorado Springs her permanent residence, she was stationed at Torreón Air Force Base, which has since closed, for almost three years. While I was still in grade school at the time, the biggest adjustment for me at that time was the cuisine. I admittedly have a ‘love-hate’ relationship with seafood and is still true to this day…squid always falls on the later part of that relationship.
Thanks for sharing and I’ll have to revisit that relationship again!

Oh my, that looks like the most delicious pizza ever!! Is this a Korean recipe? I’ve seen Koreans have these kinds of pizzas with kimchi, but I might be mistaken. Did you make it yourself?
