@HAMDHASH360 Thanks for sharing these and the photos. It has been one of the most difficult time for the state possibly for the last century. Now that the rains are slowing down, and waters slowly receding. There will be so much of work to clear up the destruction and slowly decide on how to bring people back to their native place from the rescue shelters. So many lost of lives. And a lot of difficulty for those who lost their homes as so many there took on bank loans to build houses and hopefully the state government would be able to help out all of them.
In the midst of all these difficulty, there is a bright light shining when people of the state came together, regardless of age, religion, location, education and hand in hand helped wherever they could. And the humble heroic fishermen community who gave so much personal time, personal property to save lives needs a special mentioned.
Keep sharing updates over the next few weeks and months as the state comes back to normal life.
Just posting a foot note here for other readers: For those who are willing to help, donations can be made directly to the publicly audited Kerala State fund with details here. https://donation.cmdrf.kerala.gov.in/
