Kantajew Temple - a historical place in Dinajpur

Kantajew Temple, located in the Dinajpur district of Bangladesh, is known as Navratna Temple. The temple is known as Kant or Krishna temple in Hinduism. Across the outer walls of the temple are terracotta plaques written in the Ramayana Mahabharata and various myths. The terracotta on the wall is like a folk tale. The temple is constructed with about 15000 terracotta tiles. When I went to see the temple, it seemed that I came around in the 18th century. Here you will see a Shiva temple and a Tamal tree. If you want to go, you can go by bus or train from Dhaka. Bus available in Gabtoli/Kollyanpur Bus stand, Dhaka to Dinajpur bus fare A/C-1200, and Non-A/C 600,Train fare 400-700(approximately). By Auto-Rickshaw/Car you can go Dinajpur city to Kantajew Temple, in this case you will need to spend 300-400 BD Taka. On the way to the temple, be sure to see the beauty of the Atrai river.
