Hi Friends

I had the chance to visit Jameel Arts Centre in Dubai. I had an amazing experience looking at the drawings and paintings displayed there. It’s a different feel because those drawings explained the hardships faced by people during war, their distress and their feelings. Before entering the Centre there is dome like structure - Tarabot A dispersed pavilion hosting life representing a living forum.

Near the entrance there is an arrangement of different tables, like an arch

This Centre has a library with a great ambience. It had enclosed reading spots, digital books. There are many books related to art and architecture abd books on sustainability. I loved the book related to flowers.

The most impressed sculpture is that of the wooden lion and a big canvas of cactus drawing.

This place has wheelchair Accessibility and we maintained toilets :restroom:. There is a walking path around the Centre facing the waterfront.

Jameel Art Centre looks very nice - I fully agree with you.
The tables kept like an arch - are they made up of wood? How this structure sustain the heat of Dubai? Astonishing :thinking:
