Hi. I’m not sure if I’m leaving a post in the right place. I have a question for now. The map customer center guided me here.
I returned from a trip to Taiwan and have been writing reviews on the map. However, some posts have been suspended for several days with upload pending. Some posts have been over a week. I’ve corrected CHATGPT and the words and sentences in question, but the post is not uploaded. I’ve been through various tips to fix this, but I don’t know what to do. I need help.
Please let me know what to do. I can’t figure out exactly what the problem is. I’m stuck because I can only guess and can’t solve it.

Yes, it is the right place to post such a question.
All posted reviews, photos and videos are checked by an AI filter, not only for obeying the rules, but also for suspected SPAM and false information. While the verification of the text and a photo usually happens within less than a minute, it can take hours or even days for videos depending on its length.
If only a single photo or video is rejected by the filter, the entire review including all other media is not published. For that reason, it might be better to remove all photos and videos to see, if the text is accepted and if so, either attach them again one by one or (my preference) to post any photos directly to the listing.

I have placed an inquiry to review my Google account. As you said, I will choose some reviews, delete the photos, and test the repost.

Thank you! I mainly post photo, I would have made anyway for myself and not so many reviews and edits. Some other local guides have much higher numbers.
Well, maybe the size or number of photos isn’t the problem. I already registered the review and then revised the text or photos, so I guessed it would take a long time to review.
