I managed to recreate the forum issue, something happens and the page is laggy, so after some 5 secs tried to repost a message and this appears:

Thank you for sharing the screenshot.

To sum up the issue, you mentioned that it would say Correct marked errors and try again!", "Identical publications of the same message have been detected on the community more than once within 3.600 seconds. correct?

Would this issue happen, if you tried it on another browser?

I have moved this specific issue to How-tos, and changed up a bit the title, as it would be better for further investigation.

I just tried to replicate your issue, posting just a tag, but it works for me with Chrome

No- could not repeat in edge!

Tried two times, the second time I even clicked on the button while the page was still loading within a second or less…

Even tried a test three by re-editing a message in chrome… Cannot repeat occurrence.
