Ispahani Public School & College, Cumilla

My School. My College. Ispahani College Comilla is located in Comilla Cantonment, Bangladesh. In short it is known as IPSC. It has established in 1962.

The organization, named Cantonment Public School, started on 28 September 1962 and started its education program at present Comilla Zilla School. In 1963, the school shifted to the current Cantonment Board School. Initially, the SSC examination conducted in this school in 1964. It named Mainamati Public School in June 1965. On September 28, 1966. After the financial assistance of donor Mirza Ahmed Ispahani, the name of the company named Ispahani Public School. After the establishment of the college branch on October 28, 1975, the institute renamed Ispahani Public School and College.

It is one of best educational institution for secondary education. The institution has successfully completed more than 59 years. The college is run by cantonment board.

The college is code 3731. The area is 9.3 acres of land in the main Cantonment. It is about 100 yards to the south of the Dhaka-Comilla-B Baria road- connection. It is a dream for the student to get admission here and pass SSC and HSC from this college.

Exam result is very excellent in every year. Hostel facility was introduced in April 1963 to 2010. The first batch of SSC had passed in the year 1964. After independent the institution re-started in February 1972. Not it is a Bengali Medium School. From 1975 Intermediate (HSC) section has been opened.

The motto of the College is “Enter to learn, Leave to serve”.
