Location: Born and currently living in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.
What I love about being a Local Guide: I seriously get a thrill out of guiding explorers around with my camera📸 and stories. It’s like I’m some kind of superhero🦸♂️ with a map🗺, helping folks discover the coolest spots in town. Every time I add a new road or location, it’s like I’m making my mark on the world, one photo🤳 at a time⏳️.
My favorite thing to explore: I’m totally into nature🌴 - trees, flowers, you name it. But I also love diving into local markets, or even just checking out schools, hospitals, tourist centres for the vibe. Exploring the world is what gets me going; I’m all about uncovering the stories that everyday places have to tell✨️.
Fun fact about me: I’m obsessed with photography, love to travel, and I’ve got this talent for making friends wherever I end up. My travel memories are like my personal treasure, and being a Local Guide feels like I’m sharing my own secret map with everyone❤️

My name is Asif Amir Bhuyian, and I’m excited to connect with all of you here! I’m originally from Bangladesh, and I’ve recently moved to Lisbon, Portugal, after living in Stockholm, Sweden. What I love about being a Local Guide:
There’s something incredibly rewarding about being that trustworthy friend people can rely on when choosing a new place to eat, relax, or explore. Whether it’s a hidden gem for a quick bite, a serene park for a picnic, or a must-visit landmark, I take pride in sharing detailed reviews and photos to make someone’s day a little better.
My favorite things to explore:
I love discovering local markets, trying out authentic food, and capturing the essence of a place through its culture and people. Sunsets and sunrises also hold a special place in my heart—there’s nothing quite like watching the sky paint a new story every day.
