Into the World of Butterflies

Sipna Jungle is a privately created man-made forest nestled in Gorhe Khurd on the Panshet Road, around 22 km from Pune. Honestly from the main road, Sipna Jungle doesn’t really look like a place that would have so much greenery inside.
There’s a lot of greenery around, with different varieties of trees and plants, and you can also spot birds around the jungle.
I visited Sipna Jungle mainly to check out the Butterfly Garden, so that’s where I spent most of my time. And honestly, it was nice to see how this little corner of the jungle has been created to attract and support butterflies.

How to Reach
Sipna Jungle is located on Panshet Road, Pune. If you’re travelling from Pune city, you can follow the Panshet Road towards Gorhe Khurd. The entrance is directly along the main road, and Google Maps makes it easy to navigate to the location
