No, @user_not_found you eat bananas ripe, you fry plantain when ripe or unripe.

I like eating them. They are very rich in Iron…
There is a rumour that Cameroonian eats lots of unripe plantain that is why they have lots of energy and play football with great strength.
Because in their area, they have more plantain than us.

I love a lot of wholegrain spaghetti with Bolognese sauce @Austinelewex . I straight up eat 2 servings. When we make spaghetti Bolognese I will shoot them and share the photo here.
Golden Penny products for spaghetti and pasta are not available in Bulgaria.
