Instant Chocolate Donuts from Jamun Mix #CommunityChefChallenge

Recipe:

To make instant donuts at home,

1. Begin with purchasing Gulab Jamun Mix like Gits or MTR.
2. Make the dough using milk and not water as the packet recipe suggests.
3. Make donuts of size and shape as desired.
4. Deep fry the donuts in refined sunflower oil to golden brown color.
5. Use tissue paper to soak out extra oil.
6. After the donuts settle down to room temperature, decorate them with chocolate syrup.
7. Sprinkle with Bournvita or finely ground sugar.
   
   

Using this process, instant yummy donuts can be made at home within 5 minutes

I love donuts, therefore I like your post . Especially seeing it can be done in 5mins !!! I don’t think we have that Jamun mix here in west Africa otherwise I would have love to try it for your sake.

The primary ingredient is an instant ‘ready-to-cook’ type of mix for Jamuns hence the donuts taste a mix of Jamuns and donuts
