San Francisco Bay area is getting taste of indian street food these days. There are lot of food trucks are popping up, which is catering to the indian population here.
When Pav Bhaji hut started (now they have two locations), there used to wait time of 2-3 hours. At least that craziness has gone down. Still they are making very tasty and spicy pav bhajis simulating street food in india. Delhiwala Chaat is another place I like, where you can get indian chaat, chole batura etc. When I visite Pav Bhaji hut again there were 3 more food trucks serving indian food.
Well good thing is now we don’t miss the indian street food anymore because of all these food trucks!
