As we embrace the blessings of the holy month of Ramadan, we also have two significant milestones to celebrate—the 10th anniversary of Local Guides Connect and the 20th anniversary of Google Maps!
We have already hosted one meetup on February 28, celebrating 20 Years of Google Maps, 10 Years of Local Guides, and welcomed Boshonto/Spring. A big thank you to @NareshDarji vai for inspiring us through his global campaign, “ Celebrating 10 Years of Local Guides: Let’s Connect and Contribute!”. Naresh vai has encouraged Local Guides worldwide to organize meetups and be part of these important celebrations.
Now, we are bringing another special gathering! This time, we combine the celebrations with International Women’s Day and Ramadan, making it an even more meaningful occasion.

A special shoutout to @Globe_trotter_Ish —you did a fantastic job organizing the " Celebrating & Supporting Women—Today & Every Day!" entire campaign! Your post took me on a nostalgic trip back to 2017 when Google featured me as a Local Guide for International Women’s Day.. Thank you dear, for bringing back these wonderful memories!
Looking forward to the event! Wish me all the best for this event.
