Meeting point - https://maps.app.goo.gl/MPmwAWF6FaodL2sH7
Hello Local guides,
It’s been a long time since we met at Chandni Chowk. I’m happy to announce this maps edit and photo walk meetup for the local guides in Delhi & NCR. I am not sure about any recent maps edit meetup in Delhi in the recent time and that’s why planned this.
We’ll start our walk from Shri Digambar Jain Lal Mandir, which is in front of Red Fort. I’m super excited about this meetup and I hope you guys will enjoy. Again, it will be a unique opportunity to know each other, share ideas and learn more about the program.
Please be prepared and bring your camera (phone), power backups and your water bottles for a good meetup.
Hope to see you guys soon.

@deepakjhic sounds like you may have a typo in the title of your meetup?
Not sure if it has been fixed @iyudhi but if you refer to the word ‘cum’ that is commonly used across India, even in public, in place of the word ‘and’.
Maybe it is misspelled, but almost no one realizes it.

Hello @iyudhi & @TusharSuradkar,
I didn’t realise that people will take it this way.
.
Actually, this word has double meanings.
Nevertheless, I’ve submitted an edit to the meet-up and is under review.

That is OK @deepakjhic
Clarification is given.
And changing just the title does not send it for re-approval
It can be done by the local guide and updates immediately.

Hello @TusharSuradkar,
I’ve edited the title and the meetup name.
Now it is under review.
I don’t wanna attached that screenshot here but the meetup is under review again..

I learned something now, and definitely not something I would think of when I think of the word ‘and’

These are regional quirks @iyudhi, for example - ‘getting lucky’ and ‘lucked out’ - in the US.
Similar words but completely different meanings - no one would realize it
In many Indian regional languages, the word ‘come’ is commonly used in place of ‘and’ and then the word gets corrupted to ‘cum’ without realizing it has an altogether different meaning

Additionally, i wrote to you over X about your recent india visit for PES. it seems you’re back to your hometown and we’re in India for PES24.
@iyudhi
This is the first time I see blurring in the reply. Two words in your reply are blurred.

ah apologies @deepakjhic I try to stay away from Twitter (I refuse to call it the other name) these days, which is why I missed it. Yes I’m back in Melbourne. Not quite my hometown but it’s where I live now

No worries. Even I like to call it Twitter but nothing is in control and have to go with it.
Glad to know that.
This is perfect @deepakjhic, count me in for this meet-up:)

It’s absolutely fine to use the word cum @deepakjhic, Cum is a universally accepted word and according to Cambridge dictionary it is used to join two nouns, showing that a person or thing does two things or has two purposes.
In slang it got different meaning but that doesn’t stops us from using the word
@deepakjhic تحياتي من الاردن للجميع.ارجو لكم النجاح في اجتماعكم.الهند بلد عظيم وخيراته عظيمه.نرجو لكم الصحه والهدوء.استمروا عملكم ممتاز
