Our Agenda for the Evening:
Explore & Update Victoria Memorial: We’ll start by visiting the magnificent Victoria Memorial, capturing its beauty, and ensuring its information on Google Maps is accurate and up-to-date.
Support Local Businesses: We’ll then venture to nearby small businesses, show them some love, and help them shine on Google Maps.
More Than Just Mapping: This meetup is about more than just updating maps. It’s a chance to:

Assess Accessibility: Pay special attention to accessibility features, making Maps more inclusive.
Enjoy the Ambiance: Soak in the beauty and tranquility of the Victoria Memorial’s relaxing gardens.
Rich Map Contributions: We’ll be adding photos, writing insightful reviews, and updating information on Google Maps, with a special focus on accessibility.
Accessibility Focus: We will actively check and add information about wheelchair-friendly paths and access points within and around the Victoria Memorial compound.

But for a mega meetup, local guides have to book travel tickets at least a month in advance.
I do not see any traction around this meetup.
Who else is traveling from outside Kolkata?
How many have confirmed presence from within Kolkata or W. Bengal or from Eastern India? I have no visibility.
Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Delhi meetups were planned at least 2-3 months in advance.
Also, Pune-Kolkata is a 35-hour journey.
So local guides must plan in too much advance.
I can understand, anyone need to plan a month prior to make the traveling arrangements.
I will definitely plan a MEGA-Meetup in the month of July so that it will be easy for the Local Guides outside Kolkata to arrange the TO and FRO Travel ticket in advance. Thank you for guiding me @TusharSuradkar
