Purpose
This meetup is part of the Google Local Guides community program.
Our goal is to improve the accuracy and quality of Google Maps in Phnom Penh by:
- Fixing incorrect place names
- Updating business categories and contact info
- Removing duplicate or closed places
- Adding missing or unclaimed locations
- Discussing Khmer-English name display challenges
Event Schedule
9:00 AM – Welcome and introduction
9:30 AM – Briefing on how to improve the map
10:00 AM – Hands-on live editing session using Google Maps
11:00 AM – Group discussion and sharing
11:30 AM – Group photo and informal networking
12:00 PM – End of event
