Hello everyone,
I am Pankaj Sarker, a proud member of the Bangladesh Local Guides community. I am happy to announce that this is the first time I am going to organize a Photowalk meet-up. Basically, this Photowalk will be Durga Puja-centric. This meet-up will be held in Manikganj during the Durga Puja holidays.
Mainly, the reason for organizing the Photowalk Puja-centric is that during the Puja holidays, I and some of my friends who have already expressed their interest in the Local Guides program will come together. I am also happy to share that @Designer_Biswajit a local guide who recently attended the ‘Local Guides Connect Live’ held in Tokyo, has agreed to participate in this meet-up. Hopefully, with the help of @Designer_Biswajit in this meet-up, I will be able to make all those friends of mine interested in contributing regularly to the Local Guides program. Hopefully, our goal will be to make Google Maps usable for everyone.
What we will do in this meet-up:
Our meet-up will start from Agarsree Durga Temple at 4:00 pm. First, we will listen to his Connect Live experience from @Designer_Biswajit. And also take guidelines from him, how to contribute to the map according to the correct rules. After that, we will visit several Durga temples nearby and do a photowalk.
Also, my meet-up will be open to all. Anyone can join us in this meet-up without hesitation. Before joining this meet-up, keep in mind only two things, since this is a photowalk meet-up, it is important to have sufficient data and charge on your mobile.

The meetup venue is quite far from my location but I will try my best to attend. And I don’t want to miss my favorite part of the meetup, participating in the photowalk and hearing the experience of Connect Live from @Designer_Biswajit
