I love cheese too! It is even better with good red wine, isn’t it?
My grandfather was a cheese maker so maybe that is the reason was I have some at every lunch and diner.
One of my favorite is the parmigiano 
. I am sure @Giuseppe75 will remerber that moment at CL19 when we shared the paemigiano time !

comparto tu gusto de juntar el queso con el vino y en especial el tinto, también me gusta agregar un buen salame o jamón @Julien44 . En Argentina, también encontramos al queso parmesano como uno de los predilectos para acompañar con varias comidas la sangre italiana aquÍ es muy fuerte.
