Dear LGs,
Hope everyone is doing well and had your breakfast this morning.
Today I had Idiyappam (in Tamil/Malayalam ) and known as Stringhopper in English.
Idiyappam is simple dish made up of Rice Flour. The side dish to have Idiyappam is either Coconut milk or vegetable curry. Idiyappam is popular breakfast food in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
Here are few photographs of this tasty ? food.

Hi dear @Saravanakanth - After having a look at this photo, I have asked for Idiyappam for tomorrow’s breakfast.
With resemblance to Chinese noodles, this steamed food is a favorite of many people - probably, this should be suitable to all!
Thanks for this novel post, dear friend.
Regards
