Ice gola/ice crush

many of us loves ice gola.ice crush with sweet colourful sugar syrup is one of the favourite dish for many Indians.In summer season we eat many types of cold drinks, ice-creams, lassi,shakes but ice gola or ice crush with syrup it gives cooling and different tastes.

Many flavours are available in ice gola like mango, stroberry, black currant etc.it is also served with subja, malai means with cream.so in this summer try this ice gola.

In rural areas the person moving with bycycle carrying ice crusher machine and syrup bottles and serving ice golas.

Though I haven’t seen it on a plate,

Usually, it was served on a stick.

Thank you @Supriyadevkar ji for posting this ice gola , in my childhood i was very addictive to this ice gola , but after few years chemical combination on these food items make them poisonous and not good for health , so i quit it , i try to eat those ice gola which having less chemical added on it , anyway thanks you for reviving my memory .

Yes. The Ice Gola is very tasty and available at affordable priced.

We can select various flavors as per our choice and need to consume before the ice melts.

Now a days, due to urbanization, its availability is very rare.
