Dear All, How to become a Google Moderator. What is the eligibility and criteria. Can any moderator help me in this journey to become Google Mod?

Google Moderators are Google employees, so first you have to get a job at Google. https://www.google.com/about/careers/applications/
There are also Connect Moderators, here is a great definition from the Meet a Moderator series :
“Connect Moderators are Local Guides just like you and me. They apply the knowledge they’ve gained as active members of our community to moderate Connect and help improve the experience for everyone. You may see them welcoming newcomers, explaining the program, answering questions, and sharing their knowledge with others.”

You can’t apply to it , if you are a good member in the community you will receive news from the Local Guides Team, so keep good quality posts and help others.
