I’m local guide level 10 . It’s been about 3 days since my local guide suddenly changed into the attached pic. Can you help me to fix this problem and restore my account ?

No, it’s my photo but , I mean the level and the sentence " Google local guide" disappeared from my profile…That’s why I’m surprised.

Sure, here’s the link of my profile :-
I viewed your profile in an Incognito mode. I found out that all your 19,071 photos have been marked private !!! That is very dangerous.
As for your reviews,you have written a total of 1,147 reviews and 465 of them have been marked private by the AI. All these happens if the AI detect that your photos don’t follow the rules and regulations of contributions as a local guide. For instance one line reviews like nice. Good place etc. Blurry photos redundant photos personal photos etc
I’ll say your profile is in trouble!!!. You are under some form of restrictions that could lead you to being totally removed from the program if you don’t find a solution.
I’ll advise you to sanitise your profile. Go through and delete all unwanted photos and some reviews that doesn’t follow the guidelines.

You will need to wait a while after filling the form. Keep checking as well to see whenever it will be restored.

Thanks so much for your help and support @SholaIB … you can check my reviews…They’re detailed likewise the screenshot you’ve shared , I provide the pros and cons of each place plus the conclusion in my opinion…no personal pictures…I don’t post redundant pictures but I’ll check them again and remove any pic could be redundant…Thanks so much for the appeal form , I really appreciate your support.

Wish you the best of luck man. The AI could be wrong too,we are not ruling out that possibility. Often times there are other things could trigger it’s actions. Watch out for usage of certain words and expressions multiple times in your reviews. Well as long as you’ve filled the form please kindly wait for words from the team. Let’s know whenever your profile is back to normal please

I am sorry about your issue. I am really surprised that you are able to write in Connect, because what your profile is showing is that you are no longer a Local Guide.
So the appeal form for restoring your contributions may not help you, as you need to be reinstated as a Local Guide first.

As you may read in there
"1. Wait until it’s been more than 10 days since your account was removed.
2. Fill out the Appeal form

Hi @ErmesT thanks so much for your reply, I have already sent an appeal about two days ago, Should I send another appeal ? I hope there’s hope not to lose my account forever…it’s been long year of contributing as a local guide, it’s really disappointing to face this issue for no reason…Additionally, I didn’t receive any email from Google maps regarding removal from local guides.

I’m happy that you are still able to respond here, because a suspended account is normally not able to write.
If you appealed already for having your account reinstated you don’t need to appeal again. You will have just to wait up to 3 weeks.
Once you will have your account back, we can talk about photos and reviews, if necessary.
At the moment it will probably be useless, as all your photos are taken down, and consequently, if you have photos attached to the reviews, the reviews will disappear too.
