I love food, I come from a foodie family, and we love to eat. Me being brought in a family who loves to eat, and a dad who says “We Live to eat, Not Eat to Live” says how much food matters to us.
Also living in Cairo, Egypt, and not having much activities to do, our weekend activity is actually going OUT for lunch or dinner and its crucial that we find a restaurant that is good, and up to the standards, or else you will be left disappointed and having spent a crappy weekend because you made the wrong choice while choosing the restaurant.
For that reason and my love for food, I take it very seriously when I review any food places on google maps, trying to be as thorough as possible, and providing the photos of the place as well as the food I have ordered. Most of the people now check ratings, reviews, and photos of the restaurant before they make a decision to try that restaurant out, so as a Google Local Guide it is our responsibility to provide as much information as you can and as accurate as possible, in order for the person who is checking the reviews can make a proper decision and ends up having a good night out with his family or friends.

@JordanSB The dish in the photo is egyptian sausage served in melted cheese. the concept of this restaurant is that they serve anything in melted cheese,and its served with bread which the long thing,
The restaurant is called “Swiss Dairy” because they have taken the idea of cheese fondue and made it their own.
