I just hit 25 million views of my photos

I am so excited. I seriously starting reviewing 2 years ago and firmly believe in good photos should accompany every review. I have over 2500 photos published. Thanks Google

Like climbing the highest mountain peak, achieving 25 million photo views is reaching the @TerryPG .

Also amazing is the fact that you have reached milestone with only 2500 pictures. That is commendable.

Thanks for posting your top 3 photos. I like your food photo (since I’m primarily a food photographer). I even went to Fionn MacCool’s and liked your photo and review. Too bad Google doesn’t make it easy to like photos (ie, you can’t like a photo that you see while reading a review!).

Thank you @giribpai for the comment. You got me thinking and I had to do some math as to why that’s a lot of views on 2500 photos, here’s my math and partly why I think I’ve been successful:

I have 734 reviews

and 2595 photos

That averages to about 3.5 photos per review.

I have 25.6 million photo views

which averages about 9,883 views per photo.

Why so high?

I thinking that over 115 of my photos are Featured photos of businesses ( I always take a good outside photo of the business)

That averages to 15.65% of my of photos are used for featured photos and think that has definitely helped my success. Thanks for getting me thinking.
