First of all if you haven’t already, please read “Question about a Local Guides reward email? Read this first”.

Please edit your post and hide your tracking number.

Use the tracking number and check the location of the package either online or at your post office.

Either your package is stuck with the shipping company or the customs.

Almost everyone who has gotten the offer for the reward is facing these ungodly delivery times. Hopefully you’ll get it soon.

After a month or two you can order a replacement reward by filling your credentials on the bottom part of the FAQ page
