From yesterday, Suddenly i was not able to see my previous reviews when i logged. The app said it seems i’m offline and couldn’t open my contibutes. I have tried by my laptop and desktop also, but it is not workable neither. i can see my reviews only if i log out of my account. Plz help me to seetle the matter.

my reviews are visible when i logged out. the problem is that i can’t see or write my reviews after log-in. I think there is problem on my google account. i tried with all my divides but it is not work. it’s not matter of internet connection.

This is unusual. When I look at your profile I see 597 reviews and 7.145 photos in your credit.
Please confirm you are using the Google account you normally use to log in.
Since the problem spans across platforms it might be an issue related to your account.

Thank you for your kind and prompt response. I use the google map normally as usual. But actually i have received several messeges from google in this month reg account security warning before this errors. May be someone tried log-in my account with incorrect p/w. I think google team bloked my activities on Google map due to this reason.

I have found something weird.
but after login, i can’t see my rating and pictures. when i tried to post newly, it refused with error popup.
actually, the review for this restaurant is the origin of my problem.

Our teams wanted to check a few details while investigating your issue.
How often are you experiencing this. Can you also please try again multiple times on good Internet connection? Are you able to click on “View your profile” and continue on to view your profile?
You can also try one more time to force log-out of your profile, clear the maps history, cache and any saved cookies and try logging in again. Make sure also to have the latest version of Google Maps installed.
Thank you very much for yourkind response. Actually my profile is opened a couple of days ago, now i can see my 20 reviews only. i don’t know why but it is enough to convince me.
one restaurant which has my draft star rating is still not allowing me to finalize review. but it is okay for me.
