This is a known bug of which Google is aware and working on a fix but no idea when it will be available.

I think I have the same problem. When I connect the 360 images in the Street View app, the arrows to navigate are also displayed in the app. In Google Maps Desktop and App it is not taken over. I also have to note that the connection is missing in the Street View app after 24 hours.

Did you get further with the problem?
