If you don’t know this desert, I highly recommend it to you as this if my favorite one.
I discovered the cheesecake few years ago, and I have literally loved it.
The funny think that I am trying to do is to taste this desert everywhere I go over the world. It could be New-York city, London, Tokyo… in order to understand how the local culture can be reflected in a simple cake recipe and compare who is the the best pastry cook.
Kill two birds with one stone, I also check the opening hours of the several restaurants in case of these are not up to date. It would be a great pity to do a long way to eat a good cheesecake and find the store closed.
I would be more than happy to share with you the best places to eat a cheesecake in France !!!
