What I like about traveling is about exploring new things. Exploring new places, meeting with peoples, learning new cultures, and trying local foods. For coffee lovers, traveling means also trying the local coffee which may differ one to another. Although I drink coffee, I can not define my self as a coffee lover. I rather define my self as a coffee mug lover 
.
One of my routine activities while traveling is hunting a coffee mug in the famous coffee shop in the city where I visited. The majority of my collections I bought it by myself, some others are gifts (lucky me 
) or I bought from a friend who is traveling.
This time I would like to share my collections so far that I have been doing this since 2008. There are many varieties of mugs based on size, models, and city names. I have some tumblers also, however, I just realized it’s shown only one here 
. The others were in use by my daughters.
Does anyone have a similar story like me? Would like to hear your story

What a brilliant idea i thought once about that, i have collected 12 mugs so far… but my favorite thing is collecting magnets for refrigerator and i have a lot. Like above 70 magnets!

As for me, I don’t have specific collection from travelling, I only bought small and simple things during travelling to fit on my small luggage/backpack, such as key holders or magnet souvenirs or tote bags not as special as your mugs, your collection is great

And yes, that’s true . I collected from Starbucks since these shops are available everywhere. I do have coffee mugs from other coffee shops also, but not many.

Coffee is a must for me.
I miss tea though especially during the lockdown in London.
Thankfully, Prets have opened up 30 branches now (10 May 2020).
Things will never be the same again.

Now, I have the same problem too. My cupboard is full, so I put these mugs outside the cupboard. Therefore I need extra effort to clean it .

. I collected magnetic refrigerators, key chains, and other small souvenirs from my trip too but not that much.

You are right, carrying fragile things like mugs is not easy . Especially when traveling to several cities or countries in one trip or traveling to one place but with multiple transits. I need to carry it by hand and that’s a big effort. By the way, I collected some small souvenirs and tote bags too, but not too many.
