I am excited to invite you all to the Grand South India Meetup; LGs from 5 states will be representing their states - Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Telangana.
Bangalore, (or officially Bengaluru), the "Silicon Valley of India”, is the capital of Karnataka, India. The city is famous for its pleasant climate, vibrant culture, and greenery, with landmarks like Cubbon Park, Lalbagh Botanical Garden, etc, which attract people from across the globe.
During our meetup, we are trying to explore all the possible monuments/museums; tentatively, we are planning to cover Govt. Museum, Venkatappa Art Gallery, Visveseraya Museum, MAP, (view MG Road, Cubbon Park, KCA, High Court and Vidhan Soudha), and finally the Lal Bagh.
The objective is to:
- Meet and greet our fellow LG friends in person
- Explore Major Monuments of Bangalore.
Assess the Accessibility of these places.- Capture the beauty of all these locations through your cameras.
- Taste some Local food in Local restaurants/ Small Businesses.
- Conduct a session covering Google Maps, LG Connect and Accessibility ()
- Enjoy the beautiful climate of Bangalore.
